45ml/ 1.5 oz Belvedere
15ml/ ½ oz Sake
Dash simple syrup
4 Fresh strawberries
1 Shiso leaf

Muddle strawberries with simple syrup and then add rest of ingredients and shake. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with sliver of strawberry and shiso leaf.
