Redcurrant & Rose Martini
As stunning as two dozen long stemmed roses. A blushing red, floral cocktail that’s passionate and lovely.
60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Orange
25ml/ ¾ oz Redcurrant puree
10ml/ ¼ oz Rose liqueur
Dash lemon juice
Dash peychaud bitters
Shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a string of redcurrants dusted with icing sugar or heap of rose petals.
