Rhubarb is often the first fruit of the summer. Celebrate the arrival of summer with this elagant and balanced cocktail. Bone dry rhubarb and honey sweet sauterne flank the scarlet tones of Belvedere Black Raspberry.
Apart from the sauternes and rhubarb syrup, shake the rest of the ingredients with cubed ice. Strain over fresh cubed ice, and pour into a red wine goblet. Drop ½ rhubarb syrup into base of glass, and float the sauternes. Garnish with an apple slither.
