Sauternes Punch

60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Black Raspberry
25ml/ ¾ oz Lemon juice
15ml/ ½ oz Chilled sauternes wine
60ml/ 2 oz Pressed apple juice
15ml/ ½ oz Rhubarb syrup

Apart from the sauternes and rhubarb syrup, shake the rest of the ingredients with cubed ice and strain over fresh cubed ice into a red wine goblet. Drop ½ rhubarb syrup into base of glass and float the sauternes. Garnish with an apple slither.
