Strawberry Martini
Even at the best strawberries are a bit inspid. Belvedere Citrus gives these summer wallflowers a bit of backbone and our peppers bring just a touch of mischief.
60ml/ 2oz Belvedere Citrus
4 Fresh strawberries
4 Fresh cherry tomatoes halved
Dash simple syrup
Dash lemon juice
Twist of black pepper
Dash of Tabasco
Muddle strawberries with cherry tomatoes. Add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a strawberry.
