60ml/ 2 oz Pink Grapefruit
25ml/ 3/4 oz Lemon juice
30ml/ 1 oz Watermelon
Dash sugar syrup
Dash sweet balsamic reduction
Shake and strain. Serve in a martini glass. (reduction: 100g sugar and 50g balsamic vinegar reduced by 1/4 on the hob over low heat)
