Maceration is the proprietary artisanal process Belvedere uses to create our flavored vodkas. Bloody Mary begins with tomatoes mixed with red peppers and chili peppers, lemon peel, horseradish, black pepper. These ingredients are individually steeped into our classic vodka, and then redistilled before being blended together. With no artificial flavors or sugar added, this process creates the perfect deep and complex base for classic Bloody Mary. The result? An exceptionally balanced, brunch-worthy beverage, with or without celery stick.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Dramatic and concentrated notes of black pepper, horseradish and celery with underlying notes of fresh bell pepper and capsicum.

Palate: Lush and full bodied with notes of smoky black pepper, freshly grated horseradish and chili warmth. Bright and clean notes of diced bell pepper and tomato lift the back palate and bring freshness and complexity.

Finish: Sustained and moreish; horseradish warmth tempered by cracked black pepper, green tomato and a hint of citrus.
