1 oz / 30 ml Belvedere Vodka
0.75 oz / 25 ml Sweet/Sour Mix*
0.25 oz / 2.5 ml Apple Cider Vinegar

Build all ingredients in highball over cubed ice and gently stir to combine. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon.
*For the Apple/Pear/Cinnamon sweet and sour mix – gently heat 1000 ml of water, 800 g of caster sugar and 40 g citric acid, ensuring the citric acid has completely dissolved. Then, in a juicer, press 1 kg apples and 1 kg pears, setting the juice to one side, as what we want is the leftover flesh and pulp from the fruit. Combine 1 kg of leftovers, 1 litre of the citric acid syrup and four cinnamon sticks. Stir, and leave it to macerate for 12 hours. Strain well, and store in the fridge.
