Wild Berry Sour
50ml / 2 oz Belvedere Wild Berry
20ml / ¾ oz sugar syrup
25ml / 1 oz lemon juice
10ml / ¼ oz egg white
5 basil leaves
Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify egg white. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish by grinding black pepper over the top.
