BELVEDERE RYE SOUR
- 2 oz / 60 ml Belvedere Vodka
- .5 oz / 15 ml Orgeat
- .75 oz / 20 ml Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 2 dashes Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, top with bitters and garnish with a lemon wedge.
