UNFILTERED SCOTCH AND JOE
1.5 oz / 45 ml Belvedere Unfiltered
0.75 oz / 20 ml Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz / 15 ml Glenmorangie Signet
Hand-Whipped Heavy Cream*
Add Belvedere Unfiltered, Scotch and coffee liqueur to a pint glass. Fill to the top with ice and stir for 1:30 minutes or until diluted and chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and top with hand-whipped heavy cream*.
*For hand-whipped heavy cream: add 3 oz / 90 ml of cream to a shaker with a splash of simple syrup. Close tin and shake without ice, whipping until consistency becomes thickened. Slowly pour whipped cream atop the drink, creating a white head. Use a bar spoon to prevent it from rushing out too fast in order to keep layering intact.
