1 oz / 30 ml Belvedere Pure
1 oz / 30 ml Buckwheat & Honey Cordial*
1 oz / 30 ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
Stir all ingredients over cubed ice in mixing glass and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with a fleur de Pensee.
*For buckwheat and honey cordial – in a saucepan, bring 570 ml of water to a simmer. Remove from the heat, add 55 g of buckwheat and leave it to infuse for twenty minutes. Strain the liquid, return to the pan. Add 9 g of citric acid and 216 g of wild honey. Stir well to dissolve, and store in the fridge.
