Celery and Apple

1.25 oz / 50 ml Belvedere Vodka

0.5 oz / 15 ml Lime Juice

0.5 oz / 15 ml Sugar Syrup (1:1)

2 oz / 60 ml Apple Juice

0.25 oz / 10 ml Celery Juice

Build all ingredients in glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
