2 oz / 60 ml Belvedere Pure 'Centennial Blend'*
0.5 oz / 15 ml Lillet Blanc
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice and strain into glass. Garnish with a jasmine flower.
*For Sam’s Centennial Blend – in five separate bottles of Belvedere Pure, infuse 50 g per bottle of nasturtium flowers, kikuyugrass, bottle brush, phacelia, and jasmine flower to achieve a ‘distillate’.
Infuse by 4 hours, strain, and finally create a 700 ml batch bottle made up of 250 ml nasturtium distillate, 150 ml Kikuyu grass distillate, 125ml bottle brush distillate, 125 ml phacelia distillate, and 50 ml jasmine flowers distillate.
