1.5 oz / 45 ml Beeswax Chamomile Honey Belvedere
0.75 oz / 20 ml Lemon Juice
0.75 oz / 20 ml Ginger Honey Syrup
Shake all ingredients and double strain into chilled glass. Garnish with bee pollen.
*For beeswax camomile honey Belvedere - combine 25g camomile tea with one bottle of Belvedere Pure for one hour. Melt 100g beeswax on a stove and carefully funnel into the empty Belvedere bottle, turning it to coat the inside evenly. Add the chamomile-infused Belvedere back into the bottle, and infuse for 24 hours. Refrigerate, and store separately when not in use.
*For ginger honey syrup – combine two parts honey with one part ginger juice.
