1 oz / 20 ml Belvedere Vodka
0.5 oz / 10 ml Campari
0.5oz / 10ml Braulio
1 oz / 20 ml Citrus Pickle*
Top Soda Water
Build first four ingredients in glass over cracked ice and stir to combine. Top with soda water and gently stir again to bind. Garnish with an orange wedge.
*For citrus pickle - combine four parts spent citrus husk, two parts raw honey, one part apple cider vinegar, and steep for a week.
