0.25 oz / 5 ml Lemon Aspen Syrup*
0.75 oz / 20 ml Desert Lime Juice
5 Saltbush Leaves
1 Sprig Corsican Mint
Shake all ingredients and double strain into chilled coupette.
*For lemon aspen syrup – combine two parts lemon aspen juice with one part raw honey.
