.75 oz / 23 ml Simple Syrup
3 oz / 90 ml Chandon Brut
1 egg white
3 Strawberry slices
Place strawberries in shaker, add remaining ingredients except Chandon. Dry shake with no ice, then add ice, shake and strain. Top with Chandon. Garnish with strawberry half.
