1.5 oz / 45 ml Belvedere Vodka

0.5 oz / 15 ml Lime Husk Distillate*

1 oz / 30 ml Lime and Prosecco Cordial*

Shake all ingredients and strain into glass over block ice. Garnish with a lime leaf.

*For lime husk distillate - rotovap 100 g spent lime husk in 700ml neutral grain spirit

*For lime & prosecco cordial - reduce Prosecco by 50% over low heat, allow to cool and combine with the same amount of lime juice to make a 1:1 cordial.
