0.5 oz / 15 ml Pineau de Charantes
0.5 oz / 15 ml Lemon Juice
1/2 Passionfruit
Dash Soda Water
Shake over cubed ice. Double strain into a rocks glass over block ice, then crown crushed ice and a dash of soda. Garnish with a red grape and sprig of rosemary.
