1 oz / 40 ml Belvedere Pure
0.5 oz / 20 ml Lemon Juice
0.5 oz / 20 ml Camomile Tea Syrup*
2 Dash Lavender Bitters
Top Rye Beer
Shake first four ingredients and strain into tankard over cubed ice. Top with Rye beer. Garnish with an orange wheel.
*For camomile tea syrup – combine 200 g of honey, 200 ml water and 40 g camomile tea and infuse for twelve hours, strain and store.
