1 oz / 40 ml Belvedere Pure
0.5 oz / 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz / 20 ml Pine-Sage Syrup*
4 Mint Leaves
1 Sprig Rosemary
Shake all ingredients in cocktail shaker and double strain into chilled glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
*For pine - sage syrup – infuse 500 ml of 1:1 sugar syrup with 10 sage leaves and 3 drops of pine oil for 1 hour. Strain and store.
