Rye Ice Cream

4 oz / 100 ml Belvedere Vodka

1 oz / 25 ml Blood Orange Syrup (1:1)

0.5 oz / 15 ml Wild Honey

2 Organic Eggs

12 oz / 300 ml Rye Beer

Whisk the eggs with the honey until light and fluffy, then gently heat all the other ingredients in a pan and slowly whisk into the egg batter. Serve in warmed cups, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
