2 oz / 50 ml Belvedere Pure
1 oz / 25 ml Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz / 20 ml Jasmine Honey Syrup*
Shake all ingredients in cocktail shaker and strain into rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with three mint sprigs.
*For jasmine honey syrup - infuse 500 g wild honey, 500 ml water with 25 g jasmine tea for 12 hours. Strain and store.
