SPARKLING RASPBERRY CRUSTA
1.5 oz / 45 ml Belvedere Wild Berry
0.75 oz / 20 ml Lemon Juice
1 oz / 30 ml Simple Syrup
1.5 oz / 45 ml Chandon Rosé
In a mixing glass, muddle the raspberries. Add the lemon juice, simple syrup , nd Belvedere Wild Berry then top with ice and shake vigorously. Add the Chandon Rosé and strain contents over ice. Garnish with raspberries and a mint sprig.
