2 oz / 50 ml Belvedere Pure
0.5 oz / 10 ml Fermented Spent Coffee*
0.25 oz / 5 ml Wattleseed Honey*
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice and strain into glass over block ice. Garnish with dehydrated Black Tyrant ants.
*For fermented spent coffee – combine and store used coffee grains fermented with brewer’s yeast & raw honey for one week.
*For wattleseed honey - simmer 50 g ground wattleseed with 500 g raw honey for five minutes, allow to cool and strain through cheesecloth.
