St. Nick Negroni
1.25 oz / 35 ml Belvedere Pure
0.5 oz / 15 ml Suze
0.5 oz / 15 ml Clementine Honey*
0.25 oz / 5 ml Peychaud Bitters
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice and fine strain into glass over block ice. Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist and carrot flower.
*For clementine honey - add the peel of three clementine’s to 100 ml boiling water and allow to cool. Juice the clementines and strain. Strain the clementine peel and add the water to 150g honey. Stir to dissolve, then combine the clementine juice.
