2 oz / 50 ml Belvedere Vodka
0.25 oz / 15 ml 'Herbs de Provence' Vermouth*
0.25 oz / 5 ml Green Olive Brine
2 Dash Absinthe
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice and fine strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with an olive.
*For herbs de Provence vermouth – infuse 25 g dried herbs de Provence in 700 ml dry vermouth for one hour, strain and store.
