BELVEDERE RYE SOUR

  • 2 oz / 60 ml Belvedere Vodka
  • .5 oz / 15 ml Orgeat
  • .75 oz / 20 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 dashes Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, top with bitters and garnish with a lemon wedge.
