GINGER ZEST SMASH
- 1.5 oz /45 ml Belvedere Ginger Zest
- 1 oz / 30ml Grapefruit Juice
- .75 oz / 20 ml Lemon Juice
- .75 oz/ 20ml Honey Water (2 Parts Honey to 1 Part Water)
- 3 Dashes Bitters
- 3 Grapefruit Wedges
Place grapefruit wedges in shaker. Muddle, add remaining ingredients, shake and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with grapefruit wheel, and ground cinnamon.
