GINGER ZEST SMASH

  • 1.5 oz /45 ml Belvedere Ginger Zest
  • 1 oz / 30ml Grapefruit Juice
  • .75 oz / 20 ml Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz/ 20ml Honey Water (2 Parts Honey to 1 Part Water)
  • 3 Dashes Bitters
  • 3 Grapefruit Wedges

Place grapefruit wedges in shaker. Muddle, add remaining ingredients, shake and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with grapefruit wheel, and ground cinnamon.
