PEAR & ROSEMARY COCKTAIL

  • 1.5 oz / 50 ml Belvedere Vodka
  • 1 oz / 25 ml Fresh Pear Puree
  • .25 oz / 10 ml Simple Syrup
  • .25 oz / 10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary

Gently muddle rosemary in the base of a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
