Ingredients

30 ml / 1 oz Belvedere Vodka
10 ml / ⅓ oz Grand Marnier
10 ml / ⅓ oz Demerera Syrup (2:1)
2 Dash Angostura Bitters
Top Champagne

Directions

Stir all ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice and fine strain into chilled glass over block ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
