- 37.5 ml / 1.25 oz Belvedere Vodka
- 15 ml / 0.5 oz Strawberry Liqueur
- 15 ml / 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 15 ml / 0.5 oz Egg White/Aqua Faba
- 20 ml / ⅔ oz Natural Yoghurt
- Dash Sugar Syrup
Directions
Blend all ingredients with one scoop of ice and serve in a chilled coupette. Zest the oils of a lemon peel over the top of the drink and discard.
