Ingredients
- 25ml Belvedere
- 25ml Cocchi Americano
- 7.5ml coconut syrup
- pinch of salt
- 60ml soda
Directions
Wet the glass with a lime wedge and dust coconut around the side.
Add all ingredients except soda to a highball full of ice.
Stir to combine, top with soda water and garnish with pineapple & desiccated coconut.
