CLASSIC BELVEDERE SOUR

  • 1.5 oz / 50ml Belvedere Vodka
  • .75 oz / 20ml Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz / 15ml Simple Syrup
  • Dash Egg White

Combine all ingredients and dry shake to emulsify egg white. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
