Passionfruit Martini

What you need
- 50ml / 1.75oz Belvedere Organic Vodka
- 20ml / 0.75oz Passionfruit puree
- 10ml / 0.25oz Pineapple juice
- 10ml / 0.25oz Vanilla syrup
- 15ml / 0.5oz Lime
- 50ml / 1.75oz Champagne (or sparkling wine alternatives)
How to serve

Add all your ingredients (not including the champagne) to a shaker and fill with ice.

Shake vigorously and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Top with champagne and serve.
