1 oz / 40 ml Belvedere Pure
0.5 oz / 20 ml Lemon Juice
0.25 oz / 10 ml Camomile Syrup
0.5 oz / 20 ml 'B-Salty' Caramel
2 Dash Chocolate Bitter
Dry shake then wet shake all ingredients. Fine strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
*For ‘B-Salty Caramel’ - mix 3 tsp of sugar with 1 tsp of almond sugar and ½ tsp of vanilla powder and gently heat until it begins to caramelize. Carefully add 80 ml of water, stir until dissolved and simmer for a minute. Add 50 ml of cream (30%) and cook for 2 minutes on low heat. Add 2 tsp of peanut butter and ½ tsp of sea salt. Stir well, allow to cool, and store.
