Ingredients
- 30 ml / 1 oz Belvedere Vodka
- 10 ml / ⅓ oz Grand Marnier
- 10 ml / ⅓ oz Demerera Syrup (2:1)
- 2 Dash Angostura Bitters
- Top Champagne
Directions
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice and fine strain into chilled glass over block ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
