Matcha Martini

What you need

  • 40ml / 1.25oz Belvedere Organic Vodka
  • 15ml / 0.5oz High grade ceremonial matcha tea*
  • 20ml / 0.75oz Coconut water
  • 25ml / 0.75oz Coco Lopez
  • 10ml / 0.25oz Vanilla syrup
  • 15ml / 0.5oz Egg white (or Betters Bitters foamer)

How to serve

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake hard with ice.

  2. Strain out the ice, then whisk using an electric hand whisk.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder.

  4. *Matcha tea: 15g high grade ceremonial matcha, 200ml / 6.75oz warm water. In a container, sieve and whisk the matcha with the warm water until fully combined and free of lumps. Strain again and bottle.
