Coconut Collins

What you need
- 25ml / 0.75oz Belvedere Organic Vodka
- 25ml / 0.75oz Cocchi Americano
- 7.5ml / 0.25oz Coconut syrup 1:1 (or Monin coconut)
- 3 dashes Saline solution
- 60ml / 2oz Soda water
How to serve

Using a lime wedge to wet the glass, dust the coconut to the side of your glass.

Add all ingredients (not including the soda) to a highball full of ice.

Stir to combine, top with soda water.
