1.5 oz / 45 ml Belvedere Vodka

0.25 oz / 5 ml Aperol

0.75 oz / 20 ml White Peach Cordial*

2.5 oz / 75 ml Soda Water

Build first three ingredients in glass over a large block of ice and stir to combine. Top with soda water. Garnish with a Frangipani flower.

*For white peach cordial - juice twelve peeled and pitted peaches and strain through muslin. Then add an equal amount of lemon juice to make a 1:1 cordial.
