2 oz / 50 ml Belvedere Vodka
0.5 oz / 15 ml Umeshu
0.5 oz / 15 ml Green Tea Cordial*
Stir the ingredients, strain over block ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
*For the Green Tea Cordial – Combine 10 g loose leaf green tea and 200 g hot water. Infuse for 3 mins and strain. Then combine 150 ml tea with 50 g of caster sugar and 2 g citric acid.
